I installed the new dependency libvdpau from SBo, although it can be compiled from the script in -current, too. Virtual machine settings

Currently, I use Oracle VM VirtualBox, installed on a Slackware64 14.1 -multilib system from the upstream provided binary (“All distributions”), AMD64 architecture (version 4.3.28). OpenOffice word autocompletion

Quake III demo

I have never played the full game, but since I am not really into 3D shooters, the demo is quite enough. Years ago, its Linux version installed and ran without problems.
