Keep lines thickness in Inkscape

I am preparing some figures in Inkscape. Something that always gets on my nerves is fixing lines (border) width when scaling objects. The solution is quite simple and actually obvious.

As explained here, all that needs to be done is to deselect “When scaling objects, scale the stroke width by the same proportion”:
