Slackonly: an update

Slackonly is a repository for Slackware packages, compiled from the scripts at SBo. Compilation is done by the excellent slackrepo tool, which ensures the building of clean packages. SlackOnly is not an official repo and is not affiliated with SBo.

Recovering installed packages

I came across an interesting discussion at LQ, about extracting a package from its installation and recovering the installable package. Useful if you want to uninstall something, but are not sure if you may need it in the future.
