Touchpad scroll

I’ve been lazy to fix it, but finally peeked at Arch linux’ wiki. Clearlooks-white classic theme

Somehow looks cold, colder than Clearlooks Quicksilver. Anyway… Tweaking the colors is quite trivial and I don’t think this is worth uploading to OpenDesktop.org, so I put it here.
