bioRxiv docx template

I’ve been working on a manuscript in the last couple of months (more, actually). I am not going to discuss whether pre-prints are cool or not, however, they sometimes are necessary. For example, when writing a grant application, it definitely looks better to show the actual work in progress, rather than just stating “manuscript in preparation”, “submitted” or “under revision”.

Therefore, I submitted a pre-print to bioRxiv. I was looking for a way to make it look a bit better on the eyes, than just the plain manuscript text. Therefore, I searched a bit and found this really great template on the GitHub of Christian L. Ebbesen.

It is really beautiful and works fine in WPS Office. Great!

There is also a nice one by the Finkelstein lab.
Though, they all can be edited further towards a desired custom style.
